Does that mean there is no cycle in the universe? There is birth only because there is death. But, as your last line states, there is no death; so how can there be birth, as well?

I disagree. I think you can have birth without there being death. It is just the opposite, that you cannot have death without there being birth. Death does not cause birth, after all.
